ABC6 Run Time Error

If you get an error message like this in ABC6 Accounts or Payroll:

Run Time Error.
Failed to Activate VB User Control.
It most likely is caused by one of the ABC6 library files being a different version to the main program. Typical cause is if you update just the Payroll or just the Accounts (because they both use the same library files).

Fix is to also update the other program. ie. best to update both Payroll AND Accounts at the same time.

For the future we will try and avoid this by making the updates always check both programs.
