End of Year Payroll stationery

Postby dazedandconfused on Tue Mar 16, 2010 11:28 am

Up until last year, I printed all my ABC Payroll on a tractor feed dot matrix printer. For the end of year reports, I would order tractor feed P60 blank forms from Revenue & Customs.

I have changed over during this last year however, and now print everything off on single A4 sheets on a big fancy printer. How does ABC Payroll print P60s? Do I need to order single sheets of blank P60s from Rev&Customs to put into my printer? Or can Payroll print the whole thing onto blank A4 sheets?

You should order the A4 portrait laser sheets from Inland revenue. ABC will print onto those.

From next year (April 2011) it is likely that you will be able to give employees their P60s electronically if they agree.
